Ugh, so often does the world pay total flattery to John C. Reilly for being such a talented actor.

We've already lavished praise on his spectacular film A Quiet Place for its brilliantly scary take on the post-apocalyptic genre. But after searching on Facebook for the star's latest role, we were lucky enough to come across him playing Leo, the son of Frank and Alice Cooper.

And thanks to David Lynch's Twin Peaks, we even spotted him cozying up to a Rambling Jack Charleton in a first teaser for David Lynch's two-part The Lumberjack Murders, coming out this summer.

Watching him play his dad, it's clear this dark twist on the Cooper family (to be played by Luke Hemsworth) is just as creepy as the original show. Which is why we're cheering for this one to get funded!
