Mindy Kaling is certainly living a good life.

The actress recently splurged on a Malibu mansion that was once owned by legendary singer, Frank Sinatra, according to the real estate company Coldwell Banker on TMZ. She paid nearly $9.75 million for the space.

The home was originally built in 1953 for Joseph Swerski, a prominent hotel magnate, who was known for remodeling his properties to look more like a hotel. Swerski’s son, Wayne, purchased the former beachfront mansion in 1992.

Coldwell Banker described the 4,800-square-foot home as having "luxury open living spaces, an entertaining space and custom patio areas." Kaling has a residence in Manhattan Beach, a residence in Southampton, New York, and a residence in Atlanta, but this one would be one of her favorite properties.

A.K.A. Ocean Avenue, the oceanfront home includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two fireplaces, oceanfront access, two half baths, a pool, a spa, a gazebo, and a patio.

Kaling was previously married to B.B. King drummer, Kendu Isaacs, and separated from Charlie Day. She was also rumored to be engaged to her former Office co-star, Chris Messina.
